Great things often begin with a spark of local soul. Our name, Pothari, finds its roots in a nostalgic, uniquely Nepali moment—a playful mishearing of the classic lyrics "Kaali Paari Dai Kati Ramro" as "Kaali Pothari Gai Kati Ramro."
What started as a lighthearted recitation evolved into a serious vision: to build a company as grounded and resilient as the hills of Nepal, yet as advanced as any global tech hub. For the past three years, Pothari has lived in the quiet persistence of research and development, moving from a bold idea to a tangible powerhouse in hardware and software engineering.
